Gaining an education does not mean we must be perfect person in any aspects, especially in financial aspects and ability which are being the most outstanding problems. Nowadays, in most countries financial and ability are the most obstacle for getting education. For long range of time they try so hard to earn money and find school which are suit to them. But now, they don't need to be worry of it because there is now an organization which concern in low-income students and disability students on getting their right deal with education.

Base on an article the found and read, there is an organization, named, IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) concern in handling the student from low-income and disability students on getting education. Low-income students may be able to pay for college with funds from grants offered by the state and federal government. In addition, there are also numerous funding programs offered by private institutions, like IDEA does. This organization also finding the fund for disability students because over the past few decades, there has been an increased focus on providing for the specific needs of disabled students. This college grant is also based on need, and is offered primarily to students enrolled in health care courses. In line with these developments, various issues regarding accessibility and mobility have been identified and addressed, and disabled students are now in a position to benefit from college grants such as those offered by the National Federation of the Blind and the National Association of the Deaf. These organizations offer a number of college grants that help disabled students achieve their goal of securing a college education. This thing has been done for those people bacause low- income and disability students face the same cahlenges and problem on getting education. They often find difficulty of finding educational institutions that offer suitable accessibility and mobility to disabled or handicapped students.
